Agent Communication Standards
We follow a predictable, transparent communication workflow on every file:
1. Contract Received → Acknowledgment & Checklist
Immediate confirmation goes out to both agents. We verify details, identify missing items, and thank you for the file.
2. Earnest Money & Required Documents
We provide earnest money instructions (if applicable), confirm receipt, and follow up on missing buyer/seller documents while keeping you copied.
3. Timely Escrow Updates
You receive proactive updates throughout escrow — title search progress, clearance milestones, lender coordination, and any items needing attention.
4. Closing Scheduled → Signing Appointment Notice
You receive full signing details — date, time, location (or remote instructions) — as soon as the appointment is set.
5. Signing Completed → Closed Notification
After signing and funding, we send a closed notification with the settlement statement and commission details (if applicable).
6. Recording & Funding Confirmation
Once the county records and funds are fully disbursed, we send a final confirmation.
